Board Present – Christina Kramer, Hope Kronen, Jeannette Wallen, Kevin Ehrler, Lori Fischer-Fairbanks and Nick Nelson

Coordinator Updates
 

  • Finance – Jeannette Wallen
     
    • Dollar amounts:
        • Business Checking: 317,631.03
        • Education Fund: 3,098.60
        • Business Market Rate Savings (Community Fund): 14,508.36
           

 

  • Anime Detour – J.C. Horvath
     
    • We have picked artists, that process is mainly done same with vendors and exhibit hall.
    • Panel submissions close this Thursday Jan 15th it is earlier than usual.
    • Beyond that we are having a main stage meeting tonight.
    • We did slightly modify spaces and time at the Sheraton that contract is signed.
    • All the guests of honor or at least the vast majority (the voice actors) are out.


 

  • Charities – Jacob Warner
     
    • There are items in progress, but he will have an update on those later in the year.


 

  • Communications – Makaila Kozitza
     
    • There are not too many updates.
    • JASM is hosting a sushi sampler with sushi avenue, information will come on that soon, if you are interested look out for that.

       
  • Special Events – Alli Cassel
     
    • Not a ton going on since we are into running our big event.
    • She wants to talk with Makaila to figure out who we are doing swaps with.
    • Also want to plan earlier than normal this year who is going to what.

    • Board Training
      • Hope – Could whenever you have a new term you redo the training; Hope may write something up which could be a policy.
    • Christina - Still thinking about updating the ATC site in the next month or two
    • Hope – Next month should give them a reminder, like at the beginning of the meeting that there is an open session at the end if anyone has any questions.
